2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product. We make every effort to accurately represent colours and designs.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept payment via PayFast, Ozow, Peach Payments, and Cash on Delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your order.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and digital products are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at info@itsjustthat.co.za with your order details.

7. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase.

ITSJUSTTHAT (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
